Drift & Tide
One of a kind and impossible to duplicate, Drift & Tide is an original mixed media wall hanging handcrafted using a collection of natural coastal elements. Once sold, this piece will never be recreated.
Designed around naturally found driftwood collected on our island, this statement artwork combines premium cotton cord, hand-tied ethically sourced seashells, removable macramé feathers, a naturally shed hawk feather, and hand-wrapped copper wire into a layered composition inspired by the shoreline.
Unlike traditional macramé, this piece invites interaction. The shell strand and both macramé feathers are removable and can be repositioned, allowing you to personalize the arrangement and subtly change its appearance whenever you wish.
Measuring an impressive 68 inches long, this artwork was created to become the focal point of a room. Whether displayed in a coastal home, beach cottage, lake house, office, or vacation retreat, it brings warmth, texture, and the relaxed feeling of life by the water.
