Yes. Genuine sea glass naturally varies in color, shape, size, frost and surface markings, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Even when we repeat a design, the finished piece will have its own character.

We work around the sea glass rather than trying to make it into something it is not. Its natural shape, frost, imperfections and color are part of its history. Depending on the design, a piece may be drilled for assembly, but we preserve the character created by the sea.

Many of our designs can be personalized with names, dates, short messages or other details. Available options are shown on individual product pages. Personalized orders may require one additional business day before shipping.

Most ready-to-ship orders are prepared within 2 business days. Personalized pieces may require approximately 1 additional business day.

When we are in the United States, orders are shipped from Iowa. During our seasonal stays in Saint Martin, shipping arrangements may change or certain items may temporarily be unavailable for immediate shipment. Current availability will always be shown on the site.

Once your order is packed and the shipping label has been created, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Absolutely. You can have your order shipped directly to the recipient. Enter their shipping address at checkout and use the gift message option if you would like us to include a personal note.

Yes. We can include a small illustrated gift card with your personal message inside the package.

Because our pieces are handmade, often one of a kind, and carefully prepared for each order, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Orders may be cancelled as long as the shipping label has not yet been created. Once the label has been issued and the order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer available.

Yes. The sea glass used in our sea glass designs is genuine ocean-found glass collected by us in Saint Martin.

No. Our sea glass is primarily found while snorkeling beneath the waters of Saint Martin. Over time we have learned a few areas where conditions can be favorable, although the sea never guarantees what we will find.

Depending on the design, we may also use wood, driftwood, shells, reclaimed tile, jute, stainless steel findings and other carefully selected materials.

No. We spend part of each year in Saint Martin and part in the United States. Shipping availability and in-person experiences may vary depending on where we are.

Yes, when we are in Saint Martin you can arrange to come see what we make in person. Couples, families and larger groups are welcome by appointment.

We offer small-group sea glass hunts for a maximum of 4 participants when conditions allow. We search in the water rather than along the beach, and exact search locations remain part of our island secret.
